SHOP

• When paying, ask for the Departax Tax Refund Cheque
• Complete it and sign it with the Retailer
• Take the 1st page of the Cheque, with the invoice/ticket receipts attached
• Ask the Retailer for the prepaid envelop (free postage from Belgium)
• Make a copy of the Cheque for you if possible

CUSTOMS

• At the departure airport, go to the Customs desk and present your completed Tax Refund Cheque, invoice/tickets, passport, boarding ticket and the goods (unused in their original package) to get a Customs stamp on your Cheque

/!\ Present the Cheque to the last EU exit Customs before the end of the 3rd month after the month of the purchase

Example: if you purchase on 15/03, you must present your Cheque before 30/06.

• Send us your Tax Refund Cheque (free from Belgium with our prepaid envelop)

REFUND DATE

• We will refund you when we receive the funds from the Retailer
• The refund amount will be the VAT amount after Departax’s service fee and money transfer fees
• We add all your Cheques before refunding you (more advantageous :)
