1. Order from home
2. Travel
3. Pay and collect your products in the store (between the 7th and 14th day after the reservation date)
4. Get your VAT reimbursement (if allowed by the store)

  • Find all the stores at Your Destination
  • Geolocalisation of stores and and direct communication with the store (to ask questions, order specific products, etc)
  • Only EUR 3 per reservation
  • Multi-payment (Visa, PayPal, AliPay etc)
  • Confirm the delivery by clicking YES in our email

How it works?

1. Reservation

  • You make a product reservation, pay the reservation fee (EUR 3) and print the Reservation Order
  • At your arrival, You pay and collect the reserved product, open our email "Delivery Confirmation Request" (maybe look at your junk emails) and click on YES to confirm that you have well collected your reserved items

OR

  • you give the Reservation Order to the Retailer who signs it, dates it and keeps it for at least 2 weeks. A valid Reservation Order will prove that Retailer has duly delivered the reserved product to You.
  • If You find Retailer’s store closed during the Period, or if Retailer could not deliver the reserved product during the Period, You and Retailer must immediately try to arrange a new delivery time. If this is not possible, You must report the issue to Departax by email in English or French (info@departax.com).

The Period is the period of time when the reserved product must be available at Retailer’s store for its delivery to You. The Period is the local working hours between the 7th and the 14th day after the reservation date

2. Obligations

  • You must present the Reservation Order to Retailer’s store, pay and collect your reserved product during the Period.
  • Retailer must deliver the reserved product to You at Retailer’s store during the Period.

3. Refund

You have the right for a refund of the reservation fee by Departax only if:

  • You presented a valid Reservation Order to Retailer's store during the Period; AND
  • Retailer didn't deliver the reserved product to You OR Retailer was closed during all the Period; AND
  • You and Retailer did your best to but couldn't arrange a new delivery time; AND
  • You immediately reported the issue to Departax by email in English or French (info@departax.com).

The Retailer cannot refund You directly. It is important that Departax is aware of delivery issues in order to protect Retailers and Buyers on Departax.com.
