WHY USE AUCTIONS FOR YOUR TAX REFUND OPERATION

HOW IT WORKS

You can create as many as auctions you need:

  • MY COMPANY – Belgium
  • MY COMPANY – Germany
  • MY COMPANY – Luxembourg
  • …

You can see our example company (My Shops - Belgium) and follow the steps below:

1) Click on Open your Show-Room to register your company, and wait for our confirmation.

Create your product (under menu Products -> Products -> Add +):

  • Name: ex. H&M - Belgium
  • Categories: Auctions
  • Price: no need
  • Full Description: enter your terms (you can see our example)
  • Images: upload your logo

Click on Create

Go to SEO -> SEO Name: enter the Product Name (H&M - Belgium) and SAVE.

2) Go to Auction (under menu Products) and click on + Create Auction:
  • Auction Product: select your product
  • Starting Product Price: ex. 1.00 if you want to start your auction at 1,00%
  • Reserve Price: this is the % amount at which the Winner will automatically be declared
  • Incremental Price (for the next bid): ex: 0.10 for 0.10%
  • Starting Bidding Date: preferably at least in 7 days
  • Ending Bidding Date : preferably 7 days after starting
  • Enable/Disable to show the Reserve Price to the Bidders
  • Status (Active/Disabled) of this auction
  • You can EDIT or DELETE the auction (click on the button on the top-right)

Open the page of your product on departax.com, send the internet address to the Tax Refund operators in your country to inform them about the auction.

3) During and After the Auction:
  • Under Bid History, you can see all the bids and the email addresses of Bidders
  • The Bidders can see all the bids (under My Account -> My Bid)
  • The Auction is then closed
  • You can contact the Winner to sign your new Tax Refund contract
  • After some time, you can delete the Auction by clicking on Delete

Departax will be 100% fair and transparent to every Bidder and Retailer.

Auctions are exclusively reserved to chain Retailers selling to tourists, and are reserved to companies that are legally authorized to offer Tax Refund activities in the country of the Retailer.

As Administrator of the platform, Departax reserves the right to block or delete any bids/bidders that it believes are not serious.

HOE HET WERKT

U kunt zoveel veilingen maken als u nodig hebt:

U kunt ons voorbeeldbedrijf bekijken (My Shops - Belgium) en de onderstaande stappen volgen:

1) Klik op Open your Show-Room en registreer uw bedrijf, wacht op onze bevestiging.

Maak uw product aan (onder menu Products -> Products -> Add +) :

  • Name: ex. H&M – België
  • Category: Auctions
  • Price: geen behoefte
  • Full Description: voer uw voorwaarden in (u kunt ons voorbeeld bekijken)
  • Images: upload uw logo

Klik op Create

Ga naar SEO -> SEO Name: voer de Productnaam (H&M - Belgium) in en klik op SAVE.

2) Ga naar Auctions (onder menu Products) en klik op + Create Auction:
  • Auction Product: selecteer uw product
  • Starting Product Price: ex. 1,00 als u met 1,00% wilt beginnen
  • Reserve Price: dit is het % waartegen de winnaar wordt uitgeroepen
  • Incremental Price (voor het volgende bod): ex: 0,10 voor 0,10%
  • Starting Bidding Date: beter bij voorkeur minimaal 7 dagen
  • Ending Bidding Date: beter bij voorkeur 7 dagen na aanvang
  • Enable/Disable: om de Reserve Price aan de bieders te tonen
  • Status (Active/Disabled) van deze veiling
  • U kunt de Veiling bewerken (EDIT) of verwijderen (DELETE) (klik op de knop rechtsboven)

Open de pagina van het product op departax.com, stuur het internet adres naar de Tax Refund operatoren in uw land om hen te informeren over de veiling

3) Tijdens en na de veiling:
  • Onder Bid History, ziet u de Winnaar, alle biedingen en de e-mail adressen van Bieders
  • De Bieder kan alle biedingen zien (onder My Account -> My Bid)
  • Bij sluiting is de veiling geblokkeerd
  • U kunt contact opnemen met de Winnaar om uw nieuwe Tax Refund contract te ondertekenen
  • Na enige tijd kunt u de veiling verwijderen door op DELETE te klikken

Departax zal 100% eerlijk en transparant zijn voor elke Bieder en Retailer.

Veilingen zijn uitsluitend voorbehouden aan winkelketens die aan toeristen verkopen, en zijn voorbehouden aan bedrijven die wettelijk bevoegd zijn om Tax Refund activiteiten aan te bieden in het land van de winkelier.

Als Administrator van het platform, behoud Departax sich het recht voor om te blokkeren of verwijderen de biedingen/bieders die volgens hem niet serieus zijn.

Vous pouvez créer autant d’enchères que vous le souhaitez :

  • MA SOCIETE - Belgique
  • MA SOCIETE - Allemagne

Vous pouvez consulter notre exemple (My Shops - Belgium) et suivre les étapes ci-dessous:

1) Cliquez sur Open your Show-Room pour enregistrez votre société, et attendez notre confirmation.

Créez votre Produit (sous le menu Products -> Products -> ADD +):

  • Name: ex. H & M – Belgium
  • Category: Auctions
  • Price: pas nécessaire
  • Full Description: entrez vos termes (vous pouvez voir notre exemple)
  • Images: téléchargez votre logo

Cliquez sur Create

Sous SEO -> SEO Name, entrez le Nom du Produit (H&M - Belgium) et cliquez sur SAVE.

2) Allez sur Auction (sous le menu Products) et cliquez sur + Create Auction :
  • Auction Product: sélectionnez votre produit
  • Starting Product Price: ex. 1,00 si vous voulez commencer votre enchère à 1,00%
  • Reserve Price: il s'agit du % à proposer pour devenir automatiquement le Gagnant
  • Incremental Price (pour la prochaine enchère): ex: 0,10 pour 0,10%
  • Starting Bidding Date: de préférence au moins dans les 7 jours
  • Ending Bidding Date: de préférence 7 jours après le début
  • Enable/Disable: pour afficher le Reserve Price aux Participants
  • Status (Actif /Désactivé) de cette enchère
  • Vous pouvez éditer (EDIT) ou effacer (DELETE) l'enchère (cliquez sur le bouton en haut à droite)

Ouvrez la page du produit sur departax.com et envoyez l’adresse internet aux opérateurs de Tax Refund de votre pays pour les informer de la vente aux enchères.

3) Pendant et après l’enchère:
  • Sous le menu Bid History, vous pouvez voir toutes les offres et les adresses email des Participants.
  • Le Participant peut voir toutes les offres (sous le menu My Account -> My Bid)
  • A la cloture, l’enchère est alors bloquée
  • Vous pouvez contacter le Gagnant pour signer votre nouveau contrat Tax Refund.
  • Après un certain temps, vous pouvez supprimer l'enchère en cliquant sur DELETE.

Departax sera 100% impartiale et transparente envers chaque Participant et Retailer.

Les enchères sont exclusivement réservées aux chaînes de Retailers qui vendent à des touristes, et sont exclusivement réservées aux sociétés légalement autorisées à exercer des opérations de Tax Refund dans le pays du Retailer.

En tant qu'Administrateur de la plateforme, nous nous réservons le droit de bloquer ou de supprimer les offres/participants que nous considérerons comme non-sérieux.
